WHAT IS COUNSELLING?

Our mental wellbeing is as important as our physical health. More and more of us are seeking alternative, holistic approaches to dealing with life’s ups and downs.

Counselling is a form of ‘talking therapy’. It allows people to share their problems and any difficult feelings they hold, in a safe confidential space. It is a process people seek when we want to change something in our lives and/or simply explore our thoughts, feelings and behaviours in more depth. 

IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?

If you are here reading this then you probably have concerns or difficulties in a part of your life you would like to address.  We all have ups and downs through life and counselling can help people experiencing some of those more difficult times.

It is often the first step of seeking some help that is most challenging but also the most important.  I fully understand this and want to reassure you your contact would be in the strictest confidence and I will be able to answer any queries or discuss any concerns you may have.
